I have a diverse career background ranging from company start ups to the public sector. I have a Degree in Psychology (2.1) and attended University of Limerick in 2020/21 for a Masters in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology (2.1). I am passionate about the benefits of exercise and sport. I am fascinated by elite sport and high performance environments but my main drive is how to achieve sport involvement for all; as a precursor and aid to lifelong physical exercise engagement. I am an innovative, resourceful, self-starter, and critical thinker. I have strong inter-personal skills, excellent communication and enjoy the dynamics of a team, utilising a collaborative approach.I am passionate about mentoring and coaching, in order to help young people develop and grow as individuals. I am interested in coaching practice and pedagogy. I am highly motivated by facilitating and supporting others to improve by creating meaningful developmental opportunities. I am on a journey of ongoing self-improvement.
