Natia Cares Ltd provides complementary therapies for all people affected by Cancer through a digital interface. As a director, board member and Investor at Natia Cares I have worked very closely with the founder to initially raise the seed funding (US and UK funding) with UK funding attracting SEIS relief. This funding enabled us to develop the App, the branding and the initial rollout to beta test. The App is now available through the App Store and we are now actively raising next round funding to develop the service and push out further into the UK and rollout into the US market.

Having taken Medical Imaging Partnership from an idea in 2009 to a company delivering diagnostic radiology services of the highest quality, I feel I have achieved what I set out to achieve. The company now has a highly experienced executive team in place and it is right that they have the opportunity to take the company forward into the next phase of its evolution. So I am stepping down as Managing Director with immediate effect, knowing that Sarah Bricknell and the team will ensure Medical Imaging Partnership thrives and continues to provide the very best patient care.

Healthshare Diagnostics provides clinical radiology services, to NHS and Private patients across England. At Healthshare Diagnostics I was responsible for the development of the newly refurbished Global Clinic in Norwich, the new Riverside clinic in West London (opened June 2020), and Healthshare Endoscopy in Orpington, these sites provide 3.0T MRI, X-ray, US and Endoscopy (Endoscopy only in West London and Orpington). The business also provides US services at a community level from GP practices across England. I was Appointed as MD to oversee the integration of the Global Diagnostics business (Healthshare purchased Global Diagnostics in Dec 2018) into the main Healthshare Group together with growing the diagnostics revenues and developing the management structure to better fit the new business. After successfully achieving many of these goals and steering the diagnostics business through the COVID pandemic I left to pursue my own business opportunities.

Medical Imaging Partnership provides clinical radiology services, to NHS and Private patients.We partner with complimentary organisations to deliver the diagnostic radiology element of the patient pathway, delivering managed services across MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound and DEXA to NHS Acute Trusts, CCG's, Charities i.e. Horder Healthcare and Private Healthcare Providers i.e. Nuffield Health and also have direct contracts with CCG's and NHS Acute Trusts across England. Medical Imaging Partnership also provides clinical, business and information technology services to radiologists and Radiologist Groups such as Sussex Imaging LLP.We also offer a range of managed services and packages specifically designed to partner with radiologists in the establishment and running of joint venture practices.

I have decided to take a break and study full time for an MBA at Kingston University starting the 16th of Feb 2009.

Board member responsible for growing the diagnostic imaging business in the UK . Lead for all tender responses including Department of Health national tenders. Responsible for procurement of major capital equipment, MRI, X-Ray etc. Instrumental in the development of 2 joint venture companies created specifically to bid for the Wave 1 and Wave 2 Department of Health national procurements. For Wave 1 Nations Healthcare was created, in which Lodestone was the radiology provider and for Wave 2 Clinicenta was created as a 50/50 joint venture with Carillion Health. Lodestone was successful in Wave 1 and attained preferred bidder status for several Wave 2 schemes before the Department of Health cancelled the program.

Commercial activities in the SE region, with responsibility for all aspects of Philips Medical Systems business from Sales to Project Management. Ability to take a strategic viewpoint, analysing customers needs, and therefore provide a tailored solution through detailed negotiation. Success in developing partnerships with customers both internal and external. Appointed as an internal IT trainer for new Sales and Marketing database, and also a member of key internal focus groups. Excellent people management enabling successful management of internal market/customers. Expert knowledge of current Radiology systems.
