My current responsibilities include but are not limited to:Handling all incoming media enquiries.Writing press releases.Creating copy (for editorials, articles and blogs).Arranging and negotiating advertising space.Monitoring advertisement performance. Content curation for all social media platforms. (Photos and videos).Creating artwork for socials, advertisements and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premier Pro.Management of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitter).Exploring and researching new platforms, marketing techniques and trends.Seeking out and establishing brand collaborations. (Recent collaborations and partnerships include the Hornby Hobbies' 'Airfix' brand and Warbird Coffee Co.).Liaising with media partners and maintaining our relationships.Designing branded clothing for Spitfires.com.Monitoring branding guidelines. Arranging sales of Spitfire flight experiences and simulator sessions, hangar tours, events and hangar rental.Monitoring Flight Operations including, our volunteer workforce and ensuring the safe operation of aircraft and personnel wellbeing in and around our facilities, landside and airside.Meeting, greeting and liaising with guests and their families at our main office (Goodwood Aerodrome) and Solent Airport Daedalus (our satellite facility).

Responsibilities during this time included but were not limited to the following:The safety of all Flight Operations staff, Flight Ops volunteers, all members of public and visiting parties in and our facilities (landside and airside).Monitoring all bookings for Spitfire flight experiences and flight simulator sessions.Ensuring all flights were correctly scheduled and that pilots were briefed for the day's operations.Staff rosters.Staff expenses.Pilot accommodation.Liaising with airport staff, Ground Operations, Air Traffic Services and Retained Fire and Rescue Services at home airport and remote airports during detachments.Organising transport and logistics for all detachments.Arranging landing cards at all airports.Fielding enquiries about air displays (private and public).Arranging tours of our facilities.Overseeing all guest meet and greets.Supervising guest kitting up.Supervising passenger ingress.Dispatching aircraft.Recovering aircraft.Supervising passenger egress.Supervising passenger and family photo opportunities post flight.Hangaring aircraft and tug driving/supervising.Security and cleanliness of all internal and external facilities.Daily weather calls from pilots.Notifying passengers and guests of any change of plan and/or flight delays caused by inclement weather or aircraft technical issues.Responsible for ERP (Emergency Response Plan).Bespoke customer accounts and invoicing.Liaising with our accountants at an external facility.Ensuring all kit was serviceable, within date/servicing limits and presentable.
