•Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure that the school‘s vision, strategic plan, annual/termly plans and budgets are effectively prepared and implemented by all.•Work within the school community to translate the vision into agreed objectives and operational plans, which promote and sustain continual school improvement and a sense of team ownership.•Managing Teaching staff, ensuring that they are motivated, and offering them support to ensure they succeed.•Secure high standards of discipline, good behavior, and attendance amongst Teachers and Students.•Ensure the performance, quality assurance, and control of educational standards through setting up internal curriculum supervisory structures.•Convene and Chair all staff and support staff meetings•Performance appraisal of teaching & support staff, making recommendations for their development.•Ensure that all exam candidates are dully registered and presented for Examination as per examining body rules and regulations•Prepare annual progress report of the school in collaboration with teaching staff•Prepare and present annual and or termly financial budget estimates to the Advisory Board for discussion and approval•Manage all administrative functions of the Schools as the chief executive on behalf of the board of directors•Custodian of all school’s administrative records•Preside over all the Parents-Teachers meetings and Annual Elections
