Simon Orr moved to Albany from Perth with his wife and two childrenin 2001 looking for a lifestyle change and new career opportunities.Since joining The Mortgage Gallery in 2004 as a Finance Manager,Simon has become a highly experienced and knowledgeablemortgage broker who has assisted hundreds of clients through theAlbany area.Having also previously worked in roles with a strong emphasis oncustomer service, Simon prides himself on his commitment to his clientsand his accessibility to answer their queries or assist them with theirneeds at any time.This strong customer service focus is coupled with a comprehensiveand up-to-date understanding of the ever-changing mortgage products,practices and lending criteria.“I believe success as a mortgage broker hinges on really listening to yourclients and gaining an understanding of what it is they need – both nowand in the future,” Simon said.“I pride myself on the fact I invest the time to get to know my clientspersonally and understand what it is they want to achieve.
