I led the finance transformation programme into delivery and execution which included a suite of changes to technology, organisational structures, process re-engineering and the relocation from offices in Kingswood to existing offices in Hove, Cardiff and London.

As the Head of Finance Change for the Protection & Annuities division my role was to create a finance change team of project managers, business analysts, test professionals, project manager office, accountants and actuaries to deliver timely and cost effective finance change. I also acted at the IT and Shared Services delivery manager and managed a supplier budget of over £10m.
