Relating to all performance and environmental issues.A Board Director and registered Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, I have gained experience in the manufacturing sector since 1988. Specifically dealing with subsea projects for major oil and gas operators.In my technical rolls I have had major success in developing a team and bringing new product to market from conception through R&D, qualification with hardware suppliers and installation offshore. Although operating in a chemical environment I have full knowledge of the hydraulic, umbilical and electronic control systems.I have worked on major projects in the Automotive and offshore energy sectors and now regularly speak at industry conferences such as Offshore Australia, Society of Underwater Technology and many more.I have hired and developed great teams who have worked with me and have provided great products and support to business and it's customers.Specialties: Corporate leadership, Strategic planning, Problem solving, Communicating technical issues.Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Chemistry in engineering.
