I believe a calm-under-pressure and hands-on approach is vital to the successful delivery of rapid, solution-focused services to meet customers’ needs.With 20 years experience and expertise within the maintenance sector, I am today responsible for the Mossvale’s Maintenance Division. One of my key contributions is coordination of the team. I am a people-person and have developed strong relationships throughout the business.When I joined the maintenance team it was small, with six operatives. In my 21 years with the business, the team has grown to 40 or so operatives. One of my key contributions is coordination of the team.Mossvale are one of the only contractors to offer Construction, M&E and Maintenance under one roof.I’m responsible for the Maintenance Division, which offers services mainly to the public sector, and especially Birmingham City Council through three Framework contractors. The long-standing relationships with both end-user clients and framework contractors is one of the reasons I love the role.
