A key member of the work winning team, I am responsible for delivering and improving an efficient proposals management process to help create a strong “bid winning culture” that reflects and upholds the vision and values of the company.The role includes supporting the Regional Proposals Manager in delivering the Proposals function for the Region, both managing bids and providing support in managing bids, PQQs and other work winning collateral, line management of three Proposals Managers and coordinating with bid teams, technical resources, business development, comms and other functional teams to help maximise our ‘win to bid’ success.
