Working in the Insurance Industry since 2006 for both Insurance Companies and Brokerages, my career includes claims handling, commercial and personal lines underwriting, account management, strategy development and project management. I have continuously taken on roles outside of my comfort zone to further develope my skills whilst achieving desired results through application of past experiences. This knowledge and experience led to appointment as Executive Officer to the UK Executive Director at QBE Insurance in July 2018. In 2021 I moved up to Executive Officer for the Insurance Division to support the Managing Director.Since 2002 I took on the role of Programme manager in the Insurance Division leveraging my network and knowledge from across the business to drive a number strategically important projects to delivery both in the Insurance Division and for QBE Group.As of September 2024 I have been approved and appointed as the General Manager of the UK Branch of QBE Europe SA/NV in my first P&L leadership role.
