This was achieved through the use of effective patient communication, exercise prescription and education, in addition to manual therapy. Evidenced based research was used to enhance patient understanding of their condition and to ensure appropriate treatment plans were being implemented. Patient notes recording was done on a computer, which enabled regular evidence based research use.
