At the end of the 1990’s and into the early 2000’s I moved into private practice working with NSC Global PLC as the Director of Services, following which I and also spent time with a number of other professional services boutiques providing advisory and professional services to clients directly. During the early 2000's I setup and launched my own Estate Agency using technology as a a key differentiator along with highly skilled and well managed staff. I grew this business from startup to 5 offices across North Surrey and sold the business to Spicer Haart Group in 2009.From 2009 to 2013 I setup a successful property development company and was responsible for the construction and development of over £50M of property.
