Implemeted program through effective change management. • Part of cross functional team to implement new delivery center strategy in North America. Strategy has led to the creation of two new North American centers to support a work force 1,000 plus employees. Strategy also resulted in securing $100 million of available State and local economic incentives including the development of a new facility in Louisiana funded at State and local level. • Lead team in the development of India master plan exercise to determine future hub locations and strategy for investments in new “in country” markets to reflect new labor profile and required labor skills.• Ownership and management of strategic relationship with outsourced real estate vendor and facility management vendor, Jones Lang LaSalle and Johnson Control’s.
