Global Head – Global Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management (REFM) CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) August 2010 – Present• Overall responsibility for global portfolio of 12 million square feet of owned and leased properties with an annual operating budget of $325 million. Assumed lead global role in July 2012. • Responsibility for setting the strategic direction in the pro-active management of the portfolio including cost reduction programs, investment in new low cost delivery center strategy including associated labor strategy.• Lead a global team of internal/external resources in the implementation and execution of cost reduction programs as part of broader company transformation. Delivered $135 million in operating expense reduction over last 3 fiscal years. 4 million square feet portfolio reduction. • Developed new Agile Workplace concept to include new global space standards and metrics. Implemeted program through effective change management. • Part of cross functional team to implement new delivery center strategy in North America. Strategy has led to the creation of two new North American centers to support a work force 1,000 plus employees. Based at CSC global headquarters with direct management responsibility for a global team of 12 JLL dedicated professionals supporting CSC account. Reported directly into CSC Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and VP of Corporate Administration. • Oversight and responsibility for all JLL services to CSC including transaction and portfolio management, lease administration and project management services. Collaborate with CSC facility management provider to provide integrated services. • Provide oversight and due diligence for new business pursuits, bid support and new outsourcing agreements as well integration of acquired companies.• Along with other team members developed new work place standards and policies and procedures around alternative work place (AWS) strategies. • Assist in the development of real estate strategies and processes (to comply with SOX regulations) and develop benchmarking and metrics data for implementation of work place strategies.• Full P&L responsibility for account relationship with CSC. • Lead a team global team of JLL professionals throughout the procurement process which resulted in securing a new strategic global outsourcing alliance with Unisys for a global portfolio of 10 million square feet of owned and leased assets.• As part of an operating expense reduction program for Unisys identified $50 million in potential global real estate savings. • During 9 years at JLL had additional account management responsibilities for other clients including United Health Group, Microsoft, Sprint and BearingPoint.

• Structured and negotiated lease transactions totaling 750,000 square feet with a rental commitment in excess of $93 million over a 2 year period, including the acquisition and expansion of headquarters relocations and consolidations, network switch sites and sales office locations across the United States and internationally.• Formulated and implemented long-term strategic real estate plan.• Advised and made recommendations to senior management. • Led broker selection process, negotiated fees and scope of services, and managed broker activities.• Coordinated real estate efforts with outside and in-house legal counsel, accounting, finance and user-groups. • Integrated real estate assets of acquired companies.• Managed the purchasing/leasing of office furniture and equipment, and the negotiation of vendor agreements.
