In charge of Stockholm region and its Site Managers on four of Instabees biggest terminals.Responsibilities include everything from profit and loss, effecient daily operations and production, as well as Last Mile-quality for our Box, Home and C2C products.

Responsible for leading and evolving Flying Tiger Copenhagens CSR-work on a Nordic level. Mainly focused on our collaboration with the Childhood Cancer Foundation in the Nordic region, where we raised donations through in-store activations and external events, as well as launching a CSR-assortment in all Nordic countries which generated donations with every item sold. I led an international team consisting of one locally responsible ambassador per Nordic country. We more than doubled the donations during these years and raised over 20 million SEK.

Managed a region of ~10 stores in mid part of Sweden and Stockholm, leading and coaching Store Managers and staff to help them reach P&L and efficiency targets. High focus on evolving and improving store operations and sales to maximize results, customer service and staff well-being along with standardising and securing conceptual and visual standards.Also: Helped implement new ways of working in Iceland. This included conducting several workshops in our icelandic stores as well as coaching store managers and market leads in ways of working more efficient.

In charge of operations and results in all swedish stores (50 stores) for 1.5 years as interim Country Manager. Steered the business through Covid-19 and into normal operations, turned the profitability around and improved in-store operations. Evolved the internal communication which created a stronger and more unified operations team, which led to more efficient and smooth day to day work, as well as optimizing the way we launched campaigns and other sales driving activities. Expanded our business by opening several new stores in Sweden.

Managed several stores, both shopping malls and city street stores. In charge of driving sales, managed and hired staff, launched campaigns and ordered all items and stock. Trained other Store Managers in the region and also acted as event project leader during Flying Tiger Copenhagens collaboration with Rix FM- festival (Nent Group).
