Responsible for the IS, special projects and software deployment departments of Enigma Health; an independent market leading software/services company providing cutting edge pharmacy business systems. I joined the company as technical lead in its infancy. It now employs around 200 staff across 2 sites and has a 40% share of its market. Designed and built an enterprise class, 3 tier internet platform for public domain which has full hardware and software (SQL) redundancy, protected by clustered checkpoint VPN-1 firewalls. I also built a multiple release staging platform for developing, testing and releasing software.Responsible for implementing secure connectivity for data transfer to 4,000 locations.Responsible for design, build and full support of internal networks and phone system.Recently project managed the technical migration of Enigma Health plus 4 sister companies into a new UK head office for 200 office based staff (a single network infrastructure with Europe wide comms), becoming the IS manager for the new site. Also responsible for other areas of the project including the physical moving strategy. Implemented new IP phone system for the new offices and controlled budget for all of the above.

I was responsible for the day to day running of the workshop and the field team, and provide on-site and remote support to larger customers. Duties included network and server / client installation, upgrade planning and escalation support for field team.

Worked as part of a 4 man IT team providing IT support an internal user base of 200 (Junior position and promoted over time). Provided user support on IBM mainframe Provided user support for DOS & Win3.1 on Novell LANPhone system reporting (Meridian)
