The footfall on the site is currently 200 young people per day.• Responsible for working with up to 20 Councillors to enabling them to become effective and engaged Community Leaders, the role involves managing Councillor’s Locality Grants Programme.• Working in a more deprived areas to improve health and community outcomes. I initiated the establishment of this project as well as the raising of the required 3 years revenue funding of £50,000 / annum, in addition to a capital investment of £70,000. The project engaged with over 1000 young people per year demonstrating my creative thinking to develop modern day youth services.• Service design responsibility for youth and community engagement, engendering a process where young people were placed at the core of the decision making process about their services.
