As the Product Manager for Traka's first native Cloud solution for Key and Asset Management I am responsible for the day to day product management and strategy activities associated with this multi-million pound project, including:>Business case planning, road mapping, generation planning and product concepts>VoC research, product requirement creation and analysis and ownership>Pricing and margin strategy, competitor and market analysis>Full launch and go-to-market planning and strategy including sales and channel training>Stakeholder engagement across 'C' suite and four global regions (UK, US, APAMEA and Europe)

The CXM solution is designed to support a wide range of market segments, incl. Public, Health, Housing and Corporate, improve their service delivery, introduce efficiency and improve their customer service satisfaction.I am responsible for the day to day management of the product, prioritisation of the development backlog, management of customer expectation and new product feature development through the full product lifecycle.I am also responsible for leading on supporting customer success through regular meetings with customers, understanding their challenges, working with colleagues to resolve any issues with the implementations and existing solutions and setting customer expectations.
