I have over 20-years experience in the property industry. I particularly enjoy managing leisure and education projects because of the variety of stakeholders involved. I also enjoy working within the client’s team as it enables me to create both stronger relationships and a better understanding of the project goals. My approach is practical, friendly, inclusive and inquisitive. Some of my key skills include the use of new construction technologies, contract administration, programme control and delivering multiple work packages concurrently. I joined J4Projects in April 2016 as an associate project manager. J4Projects is an independent company. We explore and manage property projects. Our explore service is designed to help our customers identify innovative ways to enhance their business, putting them ahead of their competitors and at the forefront of the property industry. Our project management experience has been gained working on lots of unique and complex projects with inspirational clients including BBC, Football Association, Bath Rugby and Bath & North East Somerset Council. This experience (and more), coupled with our hands-on and people focused approach, gives our customers and business partners the confidence and assurance that their property project is under control at every stage. It also helps to make the project experience both exciting and rewarding. My ambition is to help grow J4Projects into a sustainable business that is recognised as the best in the industry.
