- Tasked with redefining Piedmont QuickCare’s business model, working in a team of five. - Conducted a market analysis to identify trends and competitors, updated operational plans with financial projections, and created a marketing and communications plan to drive awareness. - Developed tactical implementations with corresponding creative content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. - Innovative campaigns include digital communications, physical advertising, and a new viable revenue stream through a new channel and segment, integrating proposed digital and physical tactics. - Findings were presented to Piedmont’s Chief Marketing Officer and executive teams on December 2nd.
