My role on this project was to develop the high-level, detailed level and security architecture documentation for the implementation of the HP Service Manager 9.4 and its associated applications.Reporting directly to the Director of ICT Service Management, I was responsible for producing High Level and Detailed Level Design documentation in accordance with the established Enterprise Architecture of the department. Ensure that the designs complied with the departmental standards and templates. Engage with management and service providers during the implementation and testing phase.

• Develop Architecture Artefacts in support of the design, production and implementation of the Job Commitment Bonus Scheme and the enterprise wide Master Data Management projects.• Analyse the current environment to determine how best to port Metadata, Reference Data and Customer Data from a disparate collection of databases and data warehouses into a single SAP CRM/ERP/MDM/BI environment.• Contribute to the development of technology and data governance procedures for the ongoing operation of both the Job Commencement Bonus and the Master Data Management project.• The facilitation of team engagement between departmental ICT staff and SAP product and services organisations.• Analysis, design and publications of Systems Solutions for business and technology strategies.• Examination of the information processed by SAP ERP / MDM in order to determine any impacts brought about by the introduction of SAP ERP to the department’s ICT infrastructure.• Development of four roadmaps covering the four stages of the move to a SAP MDM/MDG environment.
