Key for me when looking for early stage sellers is a) Champion Builders, b) Discipline and Intelligence on how they PG c) Coachability. Regarding Champions, Simon was able to build phenomenal Champions externally both with clients and partners leveraging his high levels of EQ. He focused on how he can make his customers successful and their "why" which is how he was able to land and expand some of the most complex Enterprise accounts globally. Not only this, in a complex Enterprise sale he recognised the importance of building his own ecosystem of internal stakeholders and built them into Champions so they all wanted to work on his deals and accounts. On PG, Simon held himself hugely accountable to PG and done it in the right way. He would be prospecting weekly (despite having pipeline coverage) as he knew the importance of this. Again, leveraging internal stakeholders he worked with cross functional teams to make them successful while building out his pipeline. Finally, he's a great guy (the best Champion builders are), highly coachable and someone who constantly wants to share his learnings to support other team members with their ramp. I highly recommend Simon to any Sales team who are looking for A+ sellers." and "I hired Simon into his first Enterprise role in January 2019, and then promoted him into a Strategic role in Jan 2020. Simon consistently demonstrated grit, structure and discipline in the areas of PG. He is keen to learn, very coachable and wears a growth mindset.
