Responsible for managing and maintaining the Old Mutual Group's cash flow forecast ensuring that facilities are in place at all times so that a minimum of £1bn of credit lines and over £100m of cash remain always available. I have provided strong support to management in successfully placing a £500m bond, a £1.2bn revolving credit facility and led the project to renew the Group's Euro Note Debt Programme. Liaising with a small group of investment banks in implementing derivatives in order to hedge the Group's balance sheet position as well as working with the Group's lawyers in coordinating necessary published documentation and prospectuses.

Managing and running a small project team, resolving legislative breaches that the company had been failing on for the previous three years. Knowledge of legislation, systems and project ownership proved to be a great advantage in this role. The project management work entailed planning, documenting new procedures, analysis, resolutions, compensating and reporting on a number of different projects within managed investments and superannuation.
