Responsible for the recruitment, training and leadership of teams of Community First Responders over a large geographical region. I supported the growth and development of the project and increased the number of Responders from three to forty three. In my role I was also responsible for increasing the number of Public Access Defibrillator sites within Kent and providing the relevant training and support.

I was fortunate to become a Bronze Commander and as such be in a position to support and manage significant incidents.
