Engenica was a mechanical, electrical and control systems (ICA) subsidiary of Thames Water with over 400 skilled technical staff.Responsible for bidding a wide range of mechanical, electrical and control (ICA) operation and maintenance outsourcing contracts in the UK water industry. Also responsible for implementation of won contracts. A notable example was winnng the contract to operate and maintain all sewage pumping stations in Cornwall for South West Water. I successfully oversaw all elements of the start-up of this contract.

Responsble for supporting a range of bids for solid and liquid waste transport and disposal contracts. Mostly in the water industry, a notable example included winning the contract for transport and recycling of sewerage sludges for Thames Water. I was also involved in the contract to remediate sewage sludge drying beds prior to the construction of Reading New Sewage Treatment Works.
