At Kaboni we are motivated in building a fair world where everybody has access to clean energy; the sustainable development opportunities and equality that energy delivers; and to demonstrating a successful new model of rural development through electrification.We are currently in the planning phase for a pilot project in SE Burundi - in total, over the next five to ten years, Kaboni will provide more than 40,000 connections to rural communities that will benefit more than 250,000 people, in a country where currently only 11% of the population have access to electricity.
