I have worked within the customer service sector for many years. I have a broad spectrum of experience having worked within the Retail market, Travel market and as a Licencee in the Public House industry. This has enabled me to exact a high standard of customer service both from myself and the teams I have led. I have worked for corperate image retailers where all outlets are set out the same and also for more bespoke and commercial retailers where each unit is tailored to it's specific catchment area. I have produced many retail analysis reports to determine customer profile, projected turnover, competition and expenditure. I have designed various spreadsheets to enable specfic cost and budget controls and have won awards for excellent service. I believe in hard work and have never been afraid to get my hands dirty. I may wear the managers badge but that doesn't mean I can't use a vacuum cleaner! I have always been able to lead my teams to achieve the best they are able and have encourage many on to higher positions.Some of my best achievements are;Successfully managed eight stores in eight different Counties.Exceeded target profit percentage by 35%.Increased store standards to level of Model store.Regional Health & Safety Coordinator.Reduced stock loss by 3%.Regional Payroll Controller.Turned worst performing store into top performer in six months.Planned and implimented a company conference.
