During the internship I was working on several projects mainly within the Central Technics and the Group Quality management department.My work focused in particular on: • Coordinating and steering the entire process in selecting a software supplier in the field of MES systems to be implemented in the plants in Leonding. • Developing and designing new processes for intercompany complaints and the failure management handling used in the Quality Management department. This involved process reconciliations between various departments in the management level. • Setting up a new internal Audit-system to increase the awareness regarding safety, security and cleanliness. Carrying out several audit tours within the production plant, creating reports and developing improvement initiatives to improve the situation. • Creating a guideline how to improve the current production footprint till the year 2028 especially focusing on exploring new markets and improving the current production footprint. • Improving the logistic situation of the waste disposal process in the production plant Leonding 2 contributing to an overall logistic improvement project. • Conducting a variety of different data analysis and creating presentations in the area of investment management.

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant maintenance and cost structure• Defining and aligning improvement measures for two different plants• Carrying out interviews with clients at various hierarchy levels

• Project support in the fields energy management, cooling technology and central market controlling• Independently carrying out data analysis projects to find answers on operational questions• Continuous monitoring on climate relevant key figures in the branches as well as preparation and interpretation of the results to give advice on further actions
