Multisite account management of a temporary labour workforce of 340 staff. Providing a sustainable and elegant resourcing solution to several major FMCG sites.Developed and maintained a successful resourcing plan to harness the local talent pool as a support to the varying needs of clients, and ensure a reactive and supportive response is delivered on a 24hour 365 basis.Achieved and maintained 100% fill ratios against demand as well as delivering over 3 million (GBP) in sales maintaining a profit margin in excess of expectations. I was also tasked with identifying cost control areas where both hard and soft cost savings were available, and once my recommendations were implemented we evidenced cost savings of 27% of annual budgetary spend. Progressed from Consultant to Branch Manager within 12 months and was tasked to develop the brand in the South West (Plymouth) and refresh the product mix within the Branch, which was ostensibly Driving and Industrial. On achieving this task I moved back to Exeter to undertake a specialist role within the In-House services division of Randstad where my skills at volume recruitment and reducing staff turnover were fully utilised

Initially employed in the refinishing department I progressed through Parts, Service and ultimately through to Vehicle Sales where for the last 4.2 years I was retained as Sales Executive for the Porsche GB network team. My role was to develop and make contact with potential buyers of the Marque and re-invigorate Porsche ownership across the South West. CRM management tools were essential in building a successful client base in this region and the progression from low turnover sales to high volume High margin sales was handled with adept use of this tool.Porsche sales grew by over 163% during my time with Porsche Exeter, assisted by new model development (Boxster & 996) and also determined venture by myself into new markets identified by active prospecting, research and adept CRM usage.During my time at Porsche I was awarded several prizes for Sales Activity and was able to take advanced driving training courses as well as feature on several televison shows where performance cars were required and supplied by myself for marketing purposes.Although SW based I was able to develop an active trade section of the business countrywide enabling profit to be realised on both aspects of the contract enabling revenue to be gained from both new car sales as well as trade and previously owned vehicle sales.I was able to adjust stock according to our stocking plan enabling us the ability to remain flexible in a volatile market and ensure we can reduce stock count and retain profit should devaluation over acceptable limits occur. This careful stock control ensured a constant refresh of vehicle stock and delivered profit through trade to the department.
