The scope of my different missions was wide :> Omnipresence of the R&D roadmap development of the XRD diffraction activity, contributing to the development of the French industry. - Management of a 300k euros budget investement for a 2D diffraction device, improvement of the technological mastery of the lab.- Software development focused on the ORTNER method (a mathematical bias intended for solving one of the major problem of the XRD diffraction analyisis : the presence of texture in materials) which is a success. My work is now the CETIM property. > Project management in the heart of the 1M euros European EASI-STRESS project- Perfectly ensured the management of the work package entrusted to me and the associated scientific work. The aim of the project is to create a worldwide applicable protocol for the application of any kind of analysis in the field of XRD diffraction, taking into account all the different kinds of devices (synchrotrons, neutrons, contour, hole drilling, robots etc...). My work was focused on the definition of the case studies with all the stakeholders and then the aggregation of the results obtained during a 2 years work. Obviously a schedule and budget management was directly linked to this work. - Meetings participation, oral presentations etc...> Technical and commercial exchanges with clients> Laboratory work and study reports
