I am a highly capable and motivated Systems manager specialising in troubleshooting Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental aspects. My focus is the design and implementation of Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management systems at a strategic level, as well as integrated management systems. I try and achieve this through the creation of practical and workable real-world solutions that involve the active engagement of those involved at all levels from shop floor to the boardroom through Gemba and Kaizen initiatives from hands-on interaction.I have over thirty years’ experience in engineering from various perspectives with a mechanical engineering basis and have steadily worked my way up from the tools to Management. In so doing I have acquired a wealth of supervisory, project and operational experience that includes driving and managing culture change. I am a versatile professional whose primary skills lie within manufacturing and the engineering industry.
