My main day to day task was to organise and create all PCBA level production plans from works orders, ensuring seamless work flow through SMT and Conventional assembly in time for assembly cells to achieve top level sales plan. This included direct supervision of production assembly staff and SMT operators.Responsibilities included:Engineering activity within the work cells.Troubleshooting any Engineering or Quality issues that may arise within the cells. Liaising with design engineering to provide root cause analysis and preventive measures.
