Simon is a director of studioplusthree, an architecture practice based in Sydney, focused on bespoke residential and cultural projects. He has extensive experience working across the arts and cultural sectors, leading projects with international organisations such as the British Museum, the V&A Museum, the Netherlands Architecture Institute , London Design Festival and the University of Sydney. Simon is actively involved in the Australian architectural community, having been a Juror for the Australian Institute of Architects, a committee member for the Emerging Architects and Graduates Network (EmAGN), co-chair of the Small Practice Forum, a member of the Gender Equity Taskforce, and has been shortlisted for the Dulux Study Tour. He has been a guest speaker at SCCI Architecture Hub, Sydney Contemporary, and the University of Sydney, and has taught architectural design at UTS.The studio and its work have been recognised in national and international awards programmes, including the Houses Awards, Australian Interior Design Awards, and NSW Architecture Awards, and in 2018 was selected for Wallpaper* Magazine’s Architects Directory, and was nominated for the Dezeen Awards Emerging Architect of the Year. In 2021, Simon was selected a winner of the Australian Institute of Architects' Dulux Study Tour prize
