I studied Law at the University of London, took a role in financial services recruitment in 2000 and loved working in the City and industry so much, I'm still still working in it today. I founded Fram Search, a financial services recruitment firm, in 2010. My aim was to bring together the best of what I'd learnt in executive search and the agency worlds to help clients hire top talent. I've gained expertise in hiring for investment professional and IB roles, corporate functions (finance, operations, and compliance), and capital raising & marketing - my team now also covers these specialisms.In 2022, my team and I launched a new division called Fram Professionals. Our aim is to partner with high-growth privately owned, venture-backed, or AIM listed firms in the London – Oxbridge “golden triangle”.
