I have just help create the Alive & Active online seated exercise subscription service for care homes. It is a exercise tool for care homes, which will help activities coordinators deliver professional exercise class everyday at an ultra-low price. With activity budgets so tight, this tool will provides the continuity of quality exercise to a client group who need it the most.I have been working in the health industry for over 20 years. From working for the NHS, to working in the community and going onto to create & manage my own fitness company for seniors. I also used all my experience to produce two seated exercise DVDs for elderly, which I sell around the country on my website, Amazon and on Age NI. I design new classes weekly from current research, to boost the residents physical, social and emotional wellbeing.I consistently strive to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure an enjoyable and efficient working environment for all.
