Undertook Training Needs Analyses for Financial Crime Risk Management Training for Global Banking, Products, Market Operations, and the Client Management GroupDeveloped and delivered a number of CDD workshops for the 1st Line of Defence in GBMRan workshops with Business Stakeholders to identify financial crime risks for their specialist areas in order to understand their training needs. This consisted of walking through each element of the Target Operating Model to understanding the importance of the financial crime risks. From this activity a RACI was developed for each group.Post workshop designed a “Learning Journey” for each group by mapping the financial crime risks to the Target Operating Model and aligning the Target Operating Model to the Financial Crime Risk Management Framework.Developed a Training Approach for each sector based on the workshop output outlining the audience segmentation, curricula, content development and delivery options and timescales and presented for sign off.Developed assignment based financial crime interactive learning modules in Articulate Storyline 2.
