This unique collaboration between the UK government the SMMT and leading vehicle manufacturers saw experts (Master engineers from Japan) seconded from Toyota, Honda, Nissan & VW to develop revolutionary new models and interventions for best practice improvement.I joined Industry Forum in 2005 and was trained in the “Learn by Doing” lean manufacturing methodology passed down by Japanese Master Engineers who had been seconded to the UK. I worked with clients across the globe on programmes such as supply chain development, factory turnaround & change agent training.
