I'm working with PSCA to help create a network of relationships between; companies, charities, colleges, universities, schools, individuals, which are innovative and enterprising in nature and mutually beneficial. The benefits are determined by the relationship. They can include seeing and reaching new horizons, pushing boundaries, extending understanding, increasing capacity, generating income, improving outcomes (in whatever form these might be assessed/measured/valued).

I was responsible for the management and performance of all none teaching personnel and for the operational efficiency of the organisation but I was better at helping to change the organisation's culture and reputation from reactive to active, complacent to ambitious, old to new. Best bits? Breaking down barriers between academic and none academic and building relationships with the community.

Company director responsible for marketing a suite of software products manufactured by the company for the Local Authority and school markets. The company’s flagship product was an organisational self-review and performance management system.

Developing and maintaining mutually rewarding relationships with partner organisations whose products and services either removed barriers to our market growth or increased the value of our proposition.

Serco acquired the company I was the Sales Manager of because in the previous 5 years we had grown the business from a sub £1 million annual turnover business to one of over £4 million and become the second largest supplier in the School MIS market in doing so.

Helped turn a small software development company with a turnover of less than £.5m into an organisation with t/o of >£4m and customers in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada and the Far East; this was an exciting period during which we proved that with hard work, persistence, resilience and being prepared to have a go at anything and everything, then the established order can be changed.
