During this time we delivered several new features, VAS and UI enhancements on the Flirtomatic platform. I have also worked closely with our US team to contribute to the product development of our celebrity white label social network.Responsibilities include:- Analysing user behaviour using analytics tools and carrying out A/B testing to influence product decisions and define UX and UI.- Writing user stories and development tasks using project management tools to organise releases around hierarchical dependencies.- Creating detailed wireframes of new product features for developers to work from.- Liaising with Product, Design and Development departments to plan releases across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile Web, iOS and Android).- Managing a team of developers by prioritising work and allocating resources.- Utilising swim lane and Gantt charts to track task completion and report progress back to the rest of the company throughout development cycles.- Communicating with third party companies to implement SDKs into our products.- Updating copy files and managing localisation using Github and Eclipse.

Provided QA for the first fully native Flirtomatic iPhone and Android apps. We also released two other products – Take Me Out Flirting and Chaarmd – during this period.Responsibilities included:- Scheduling testing with Project Managers and Developers across multiple platforms around regular development release cycles.- Creating and maintaining a test case databases to provide coverage of all software features and use cases.- Setting up test environments, executing and logging tests, evaluating test results and reporting defects to developers through project management and bug-tracking tools.- Reporting test metrics and test summaries to evaluate the quality of products.- Planning test strategies for new products and features.- Organising and leading "all-hands" bug-bash sessions.
