Using value stream mapping process (six-sigma), improved the process of taking fixture designs from release out of the DO to shopfloor from 3 weeks to 4 days.As the RWC, was responsible to write and qualify WPQRs and Welding Procedures, organise welding certifications and ensured the welders were maintaining the customers’ requirements and international standards with their work.Improved companies Right First-Time rate from 65% to 85% in less than 2 months through data collecting and analysis. Identifying key weakness within the business and improving steps where necessary.3-month interim period as manual machine manager, coordinating a team of 2 machinist. Scheduling and delivering parts for the production line.
