I was employed as a Senior Enforcement Officer by Selby District Council (SDC) and acted as line manager whilst also undertaking enforcement duties across all areas of local authority regulation.I prepared court cases, determined sanctions and undertook investigations & enforcement action using a wide spectrum of legislation and statutory instruments.
