Build the in-house Creative team from one to 13 people while implementing all relevant processes & structures for an international team of top performers.Leading a team of 12+ people in a hypergrowth startup meant to hire the right people for different needs of internal clients (Product, Social Media, Paid Growth, Brand, Communication, Web & Content). The team needed to be able to pull together, learn from each other to grow at hyper speed and play out their individual strengths on a daily base to keep the company growing. One of the core Parts next to building and leading the team was to develop the brand on eye level with CEO, CMO, COO and the Growth & Brand Team Leads. We build a brand base that could be translated consistently into all relevant channels and international markets and empower stakeholders to work with the brand.While I was able to work with and learn from top talents coming out of BCG, Google, Amazon, Netflix, BBDO, Leo Burnet and the like, I myself developed at high speed in a fast paced environment as a creative, as a manger and as a leader.
