Traineeship of 2 years with intensive training program and 4 projects in different divisions in the organization.1) Business Developer e-books and Mobile Applications: developing an e-book proposition, come up with new mobile concepts and closely following the development in mobile publishing (2009/2010)2) Project Leader Kluwer Collegebundel Online & Mobile: making a Business Case for an online and mobile version of the traditional paper Collegebundel and finally building (the case was positive) it with limited resources and on a tight schedule (2009). 3) Software Marketeer Local Government: developing and successfully executing market launch of a new workflow solution for municipalities in the Netherlands4) Project Leader Technical Conversion: managing conversion team to migrate content into one single medium neutral database within time and budget (2008)
