• Responsible for Sourcing, hiring, and placing over 300 leading Internet, web design, and interactive television professionals on permanent, short term and freelance contracts, to ensure the BBC is at the pinnacle of.

• Spearheaded, developed and headed up Fair Access to Work Scheme “Vision Intake Pool” www.bbc.co.uk/jobs/vip - applications for this scheme are now in excess of 7,000 per year with approximately 60 placements per year.
• Vision Intake Pool has provided over 155 paid positions across 6 television studios over a 3 year period. This is now in its 3rd successful year.
