Responsible for an identified portfolio of part numbers to be the initial point of contact for and operate effective supplier relationships with the external supply chain, demonstrated through the satisfaction of demand requirements whilst optimising inventory. To be ERP process and systems compliant, ensuring data integrity. To manage the incorporation of new products by ensuring suppliers are production ready. To lead business reviews with suppliers ensuring that both the suppliers and Rolls-Royce requirements are being met considering the impact of Quality, total cost and Delivery on the Supply Chain Management Team. To understand Load and Capacity constraints within a supplier that may impact performance and delivery. To plan and manage stock across the supply chain ensuring levels specified are maintained and is used in the appropriate order and time frame. To ensure specified supplier delivery commitments are reflected in SAP, respond to supplier enquiries and manage adherence of schedule lines to ensure delivery to plan. To ensure the maintenance of component planning data (e.g. Master and dynamic data) that will enable cascade of demand through the supply chain resulting in a committed plan. I previously looked after the process of free issuing Raw Material from various casting and forging manufacturers to one of our major suppliers in France in support of the manufacture and supply of their finished goods back to R-R. I have also previously been the IJTPE (Improvement Journey to Process Excellence) & CI (Continuous Improvement) champion within the Combustion & Casing SCU purchasing team, giving rise to holding regular reviews and audits of the processes and standards we use within our supply chain team.All of the above has involved having to communicate at all levels both within Rolls-Royce and the suppliers from shop floor level up Managing Directors.

Responsible for the management and procurement of a portfolio of designated goods and services. This included the company’s supply of Gas oil with a value up to and exceeding £20M.I helped run the corporate purchasing card contract and delivering its training through the company. I was also involved n the management of numerous other contracts for the purchase and supply of Traction and Rolling stock materials. Duties included monthly contract reviews with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of contracts, the sourcing and procurement of materials from present or new markets. I also involved in the training of new users on SAP software throughout the company

Responsible for the Management of significant contracts including contract packing on behalf of Cadbury's, which accounted for approximately 10% of the Company's revenue. This included stock control, production planning and transport. Other duties involved data collation, data entry and report Writing.
