I have been building a broad network to connect a dot among developer, architect, structural engineer, general contractor (Samsung E&C, Hyundai AMCO, SK Construction, Doosan E&C, Lotte E&C and POSCO E&C) in South Korea and US.My expertise has been extended from irregular type of structure to high-rise building, long-span structure and renovation over 12 years in US.My journey as a structural engineer started with Millennium Park designed by Frank O. Gehry in Chicago, followed by 69 story Samsung Tower Palace III, 66 story Metapolis residential tower, 55 story Seoul International Fiananical Center (SIFC-AIG), 80 story residential tower, 151 Incheon Tower and countless mid-rise projects drove my engineering expetise to new horizon in high-rise building. Furthermore, recenlty-completed performance-based design exercise for Shanghai Tower, Peer Review service for Lotte Center Hanoi and 100 story tower in Malyasia, and International design competitions in China, Taiwan and Korea had opportunity to raise a bar to advanced technical skills and project management skill.Specialties: Highrise Building, Irregular Building, Renovation, Long-span strucuture, Concrete, Steel
