> This position requires a proactive and aggressive posture in the identifiction of schedule risks and anomolies to standardized processes.> Continuous interface between Commissioning Discipline Engineers, Operations Advisors, Procurement, and Vendors to align vendor site service schedules with real-time project requirements.> Interface with Commissioning Discipline Engineers, Operations Advisors and training personnel to prepare detailed vendor scopes of work.> Align Operations and Maintenance training requirments with Commissioning vendor service schedules.> Forecast vendor support schedules on 4-week, 8-week, and 6-month horizons.> Interface with vendor and Procurement to prepare mobilization of overseas vendor representatives; on a 6-month horizon.> Managae and maintain weekly vendor site support schedule and forecast.> Assist in development of overall project Commissioning and Operations vendor durational forecasts. Particiapte in development of forward plan, and track Procurement & Contracts progress against schedule requirements. Forecast early indications of deficiencies and identify schedule risks; relate to Support Planning Coordinator and Planner. > Actively particiapte in development of schedule risk mitigations.> Continuously and actively monitor and identify vendor issues and schedule risks.> Develop and maintain all vendor tracking tools.
