Day to day running of a busy bar/restaurant.I am more often than not the first point of contact for the company ,dealing with both our regular customers and tourists and my aim is to ensure that everyone leaves the premises happy and hoping to return at some point.As a supervisor i am also responsible for Cash handling and helping to oversee security for the premises as well as the ordering and maintaining of stock levels.I supervise a team of up to Ten people and i believe my strengths lie in my approach to their training both on and off the job and to ensuring their enjoyment of the job by providing our customers with the utmost in customer care.Spaniard bar, Belfast
