Strategically schedule and manage staff members, maintaining high-performing business operations. Ensuring that staffing levels are maintained in order to ensure uninterrupted levels of guest care and lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and retaining talented personnel through motivation, coaching and fostering growth and development. Coach the team to maximise sales opportunities in order to meet sales targets.Control operations costs in line with budget targets, whilst monitoring all purchasing and costs throughout the hotel and keep spending in line with budgets and in line with purchasing procedures. Ensure the food and beverage annual budgets regarding revenue is achieved while ensuring correct use of supplies by implementing, reviewing and amending stock control procedures to ensure the highest level of food & beverage management and stock control. Examine problem-solving strategies, highlighting development opportunities to improve organisational operations. Deal promptly and effectively with complaints to drive customer retention. To work towards achieving high hotel inspection results. Regularly monitoring and reviewing of operational performance, aiding improved business strategy to maximise productivity.
