•Direct report to CFO for any treasury-related decisions.• Lead the negotiation liaising, sourcing, and maintaining banking relationships for the Group.• Guide the Treasury team and act as a business partner in providing support to other business units.• Provide an overview of the cash flow position and forecast to the management and oversee the cash allocation for each entity.• Assist in the development of automated processes, streamline, and enhance workflow control.• Coordinate well with counterparties and internal stakeholders (Accounting, Legal, Risk, Corporate Secretarial, and Project teams).• Streamline the banking structure to centralize the available funds more efficiently to the group.• Ensure compliance with Treasury policy including periodic review of loan covenants, competitive interest rates, and pricing for both loans and deposits.• In charge of company corporate card management.• Drawing FX policy and making necessary changes from time to time.• Actively Involve in company merger & acquisition (M&A) activities.• Key person in PCAOB audit and US listing process.
