Managerial role in charge of Group budgeting, forecasting and business planning as well as special projects during the COVID period. Day-to-day role was head of budgeting and forecasting for the Group. Special projects included being the lead analyst in the successful Selecta Group refinancing in FY20 and sole charge of updating the models used in Selecta company valuation for the Group impairment purposes•Overall management of the budgeting and forecasting process for the Group. Start-to-finish role from personally building templates / presentations to coordination with our various country finance directors.•Lead member in Selecta´s successful debt restructuring (in excess of €1.5b) needed in the wake of COVID. A demanding project building various business plan models (both P&L and BS) for Group shareholder, KKR, to be used in our refinancing proposal. 1:1 interaction with KKR BoD representative on a weekly basis•Rebuilt company impairment model used for year-end audit. Simplified the existing model at CFOs request so he was able to make on-the-fly changes

Lead analyst for Group monthly reporting to the BoD, quarterly lender presentations in relation to Selecta’s listed bonds, sole charge of group headquarter budgeting and various ad hoc modelling projects•Responsible for preparation of Group monthly financial / key performance Indicators (KPI) reports and associated presentations to the BoD and management with (the majority of reports developed personally). Providing analysis and commentary of key variances and future risks / opportunities. Played significant role in directing business review process in collaboration with country finance directors•Managed externally communicated financial information through being leading senior analyst for company’s €1.3B in listed senior bonds, containing preparing quarterly lender presentations•Sole charge for headquarter budgeting / forecasting - liaising with Group functional heads. Headquarter per annum spend (capex & opex) approx. €30 million•Formulated multiple financial models utilised for group decisions, including capital expenditure & deprecations models (Group capex spend approx. €140m per year) and plan business model for Lavazza (Selecta’s leading premium brand)

Preparation of financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Building financial models to deal with data out of ERP and for other ad-hoc projects. First two years at PwC was spent doing various accounting for various clients in a wide number of industries.
